Anthony Moore

B App Sc (Physiotherapy)

Managing Partner and Principal Physiotherapist

Anthony is a highly respected Physiotherapist who specialises in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Manual and Manipulative Therapy, Functional Pilates, Exercise Rehabilitation and Sports Retraining. Anthony is also highly skilled at Cardio-respiratory and Neurological Care.

In addition to being one of the founding members of Vitality Health Services,  Anthony is an on-field Physiotherapist for many prominent sports teams and has worked at a regional, state and national level. Being a keen sportsman, Anthony has also treated and rehabilitated a number of athletes, including aspiring sportspeople with paraplegia and other mobility issues.

Anthony manages our Transitional Care team who provide Physiotherapy and rehabilitation to the elderly in their homes post discharge from hospital to enable a smooth as possible transition back into daily life. He also works very closely with many DVA clients and believes passionately in the need for high quality, functional rehabilitation for those at home or in care. Through Physiotherapy, Anthony strives to help his clients regain as much independence and confidence as possible.

Anthony also heads the Vitality Team at our new Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Clinic, Vitality Physio Clinic in Naremburn, Sydney.

 

Allison Baggett

B App Sc (Physiotherapy), Adv Dip Nat, Adv Dip Nut Med, Adv Dip WHM, MANTA

Managing Partner, Exercise Physiotherapist and Naturopath

Allison is a highly skilled, multidisciplinary health practitioner with a passion for rehabilitation. Allison is a Physiotherapist and Naturopath, qualified also in Nutritional Medicine and Herbal Medicine.

Allison specialises in Holistic Management, where she utilises optimal combinations of Physiotherapeutic exercises, complementary medicines and nutritional advice to treat a range of disorders, from sports injuries to chronic diseases. She believes that this 'whole body' approach increases clients' improvement potential significantly.

She also specialises in Acute / Chronic Pain Management, Exercise and Functional Rehabilitation, Balance / Mobility Retraining, Functional Pilates and Hydrotherapy.

Allison has been involved in the creation and implementation of many multidisciplinary programmes for disease management in Private Hospital and Private Practice settings. She also designs individual rehabilitation programmes for post operative management and general reconditioning.

Allison believes strongly that disease and lifestyle education as well as quality, user-friendly home rehabilitation programmes are integral to clients maintaining their independence and quality of life.

 

Andrew Kraefft

B App Sc (Physiotherapy), Cert IV Personal Training, Cert III Group Fitness

Physiotherapist and Exercise Trainer

Andrew is a Sydney University educated Physiotherapist, and an experienced Personal Trainer, who manages clients from both ends of the fitness spectrum.

Andrew is highly adept at helping clients return to normal function following accident, injury and surgery. He has a passion for aiding the elderly to improve their independence at home. Andrew has also worked with elite athletes to fine tune their performance.

Andrew has several established group fitness classes around the Sydney area, including high intensity Bootcamps and gentle classes for those less mobile. He has also run many Falls Prevention programmes, and is highly skilled in this area.

Andrew has a strong sporting background and is involved in many different sports at a high level. He plays First Grade AFL for Sydney University, has  played First Grade Rugby, run a marathon, and excelled in long distance Triathalons.

Andrew does home visits but is also an integral part of our Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Practice, Vitality Physio Clinic in Naremburn, Sydney.

 

Dr Christina Eves

D Physiotherapy, B Sports Science

Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist

Christina completed her Doctorate of Physiotherapy at Bond University in Queensland, where she was involved in evidence based research for individuals with a spinal cord injury.

Christina applies an holistic approach to Physiotherapy assessment and incorporates the latest hands on treatment techniques into her management plans. Her background in sports science ensures that clients are prescribed the right combination of exercises for their stage of recovery post injury and illness.

Christina treats clients of all ages and fitness levels, from the elderly and first time exercisers to young athletes.

She works with Andrew and Anthony in providing Transitional Care Plans to the elderly in their homes post discharge from hospital and is involved with providing rehabilitation services to many War Veterans.

As a state level Netball player who is active in the sports community, Christina is passionate about injury prevention. She believes education about safe training practices to be key in optimising the performance and well being of young female athletes.

Christina is available for mobile therapy and also works by appointment at Vitality Physio Clinic in Naremburn.
